She's Here!
This post has nothing to do with personal finance or simple living. It has everything to do with happiness though. After much waiting and wondering, a few days ago I became a father to a beautiful little girl.
Amazing
I'm not breaking any new ground when I say this, since I'm certain every new father feels the same, but the whole childbirth experience has been absolutely amazing. The combination of emotions - excitement, happiness, trepidation, accomplishment, relief, fatigue, hope, and on and on - has been overwhelming.
If what matters most in life is rich experiences, the birth of a child is one of the most wonderful things out there.
The Coming Weeks
Now that you've heard my good news, I'd like to ask you to please be patient with me for the next few weeks. I've got several new posts that I'm working on that I'm sure you'll enjoy. However, I've got to balance my writing with my new role as a father and fatherhood duties take priority when a conflict comes up. I'll do my best to keep things coming regularly for you though.
I hope you all had a great New Year and are looking forward to the coming months as much as I am.
